Love this place the pizza is really good and it?s super affordable
Ordered extra large All Meat pizza (ham, bacon,Italian sausage, pepperoni) and added hamburger, got just hamburger.
Website never works. When you call them to place the same order that is available online over the phone, they say they can?t... honor it. I?ve had success with them helping me out in the past but the past few times they failed to honor deals availableonline, in the store even though it?s THEIR website does NOT work?. Never coming back. Guess I?m gonna have to be a Karen.... ordered 3 cheese & 3 pepperoni. Got 6 cheese - if you would call these cheese. There is... mostly bread, cheese didn?t cover the whole pizza. $75 for 6 pizzas that were not even eaten by teenagers. Definitely sayssomething about the quality of this place. Clayton took the order and placed it for 6 cheese. I?ll definitely choose myregular pizza place which is Mogio?s right across the street. Ordered my 2 pizzas online at 4 for an order at 5. Showed up at 5:05. Was told at 5:15 that it would be 7 more minutes. Didn't... get my pizza until 5:50. Asked several employees how long and they told me they didn't know where my pizzas were at. I toldClayton an employee that I was frustrated because my kids are in the back of my car screaming and he replied I didnt have kidsfor a reason. MY PIZZAS WERE COLD!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I get it I have worked sustomer service and I would have nevertreated my customers that way. I 100% want a refund and will not be returning to this location. I will make the drive elsewhere. Take it from two foodies and tough critics when it comes to pizza, this place makes a great pie. I'm surprised by some of the... negative reviews. We called in our order for pick up and the customer service was spot on and thorough. Now, onto the pie.Folks, the pizza here is outstanding! We ordered the thin crust with old world pepperoni and pineapple and it was a 10! It wassuper thin and crispy (ask for "well done"...trust me, it's a choice on their menu and gets the pizza super crispy) and the oldworld pepperoni had a TON of flavor (they also have a traditional pepperoni but we opted for the old world style). We alsoordered a Greek salad that was the perfect pairing with the pizza. It was loaded with all the goods (tomatoes, feta, olives,onions, peppers, etc). Highly recommend this spot. To Readers: This store is brand new as of two days ago. What people reading these reviews need to understand is that while... Marco's was open for several weeks... It was a soft opening. They were testing out their systems, getting everything figuredout, as a new business should. I spoke with the GM during my visit today and he confirmed this was in fact the case. We alsospoke for a good amount of time about pizza in general. Having worked in pizza myself for most of my youth, I can say that thisGM DOES know what he's doing and knows good pizza. My Review: I called ahead of time and asked about carryout options and theperson answering the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I arrived in the store and it was clean and well kept. There waslimited seating available as they told me over the phone that they were primarily a Carryout/Delivery option, but I stillmanaged to sit down inside and have a bite of my food before I left so I could sample it as it was hot. The cashier even applieda special pizza coupon to my pizza without me having asked for it for the sake of saving me a few bucks, which is alwaysappreciated! -The cheese bread came with both sauce and ranch(good call!). The sauce was rich with flavor and thick enough tomake for a good marinara and the cheese and seasoning on the cheese sticks went very well with one another. -I ordered a 10"All Meat pizza and it was extremely tasty. The meats had a great quality to them and the cheese had a great flavor as well andfinally, the meat/cheese ratio was spot on. I got the Romesan Crust topping and it definitely enhanced the crust. I'm nottypically a person to eat crust, but this crust with a crust topper on it was delicious and perfectly crispy/chewy. Overall,I'll certainly be back..
