Went there for the first time this week since we're new to the area, had the best server we've ever had dining out! His name is... Victor and he said it was actually his first day on the job there! I had not been to this OTB in 2 years and the last time I was here everything was great, but this time when I asked a question... our first waitress had no idea what was on the menu, so another waitress took over that had more experience. I ordered acombination plate with a taco and when I got the food and looked inside the taco there was nothing but meat, I do like meat butI kind of expected more inside the taco. The taco was flagged to the manager and he gave me another taco that was correctlymade. While I was waiting for the replacement taco I went to the bathroom and it was not clean with trash on the floor,basically I think this OTB needs a change in management, as there were too many problems when I was there. I will say that whencorrectly done the quality of the food and taste were as expected, but I have been to three OTB in the last two months and thisrestaurant was not up to normal OTB standards. It was a good experience. Our waiter wasn't as attentive as I would have liked but I understand. It's the current times we... live in. On to the food. I got the bottomless taco today. Went on Sunday afternoon around 2pm. They are short staffed right now. There was a wait of about 20 mins or so and the hostess... and our server thanked us profusely for our patience. I guess a lot of people must have been complaining. Nothing seemed out ofthe ordinary to us (party of 2). Our server was very attentive and the food was great! Do not eat here!!!!! I never write reviews, but I couldn?t in good conscious not share my experience. Took my son here and they... brought out my enchiladas with a roach on it!!!! No one seemed too surprised either. No customer service on top of that as themanager just came out for a second to let us know it wouldn?t happen again and hurriedly got us out of there. Read more

Good place to eat. Staff seems pretty attentive. Food comes out hot. Would really like to see tamales on the menu. Drinks from... the bar are well mixed. Seating is decent booths are comfortable not broken down. Parking is pretty easy lots of sppts. Not tooloud when its busy. Read more
