The older lady working at this starbucks is very rude! We ordered breakfast and I ordered a brown sugar expresso, first she... rudely told me to hold on after every word. Then told me to repeat myself 3 times only to end up making a TOTALLY DIFFERENTdrink!! I ordered my drink with oatmilk because i am lactose intolerant and she gave me a white mocha with regular milk!! Shedidnt even TRY to make what i ordered. She made us feel like we inconvenienced her by ordering. Read more

The cashier Candy was one of the rudest Starbucks agents I have ever come across! Wow just wow I'm in disbelief. She acted as if... I was bothering her. I hope Starbucks get their custom service back top notch! It's unacceptable. Read more

I have never had a very disrespectful customer service experience in my entire life like what I experienced in this Starbucks... today, March 28th, 2019 (4:30pm). I had a Starbucks Gift Card for a long time that I wanted to confirm if it was still active. Iwalked into Kroger and headed to the Starbucks corner and stood on the line (no one was on the line). I observed Hannah(Starbucks employee) making stuff and Stanley(second Starbucks employee) working on something. None of the two employeesaddressed me (not even "welcome to Starbucks!"). After about 3 minutes on the line, Stanley silently (under his breadth) said toHannah, "someone is waiting". Hannah looked up and said "I saw that". She stood by one of the brewing machine and walkedside-to-side from one machine to another. About 7 minutes had passed; no one said anything. I was still standing there - simplyputting into practice my emotional intelligence and calm and gentle spirit lessons! I noticed Hannah passed a cup to a littlegirl that was sitting by the side. I guessed they had ordered before I got there. Then the mom came and Hannah passed anothercup to her. Stanley looked up at me and shrug his shoulder as if he was saying "she is on duty. I can't help you". 10 minuteshad passed since I was standing there. It was now 4:40pm. I walked away without saying a word. I stood afar off to watch whatwill happen next. A young man came and stood on the line. Hannah immediately started speaking to him and made a drink for him inless than 2 minutes. I walked back and said to Stanley and Hannah: "I'm not sure why I stood on the line for 10 minutes withoutanyone attending to me but that young man that just left was attended to in less than 2 minutes"? Stanley said "I'm sorry sir".Hannah said "he works here and he orders the same thing all the time". Then I requested to speak with the Supervisor. Hannahsaid "she is not here". I asked for the supervisor's number. She grabbed her phone and gave me her phone Read more

I'm sorry it inconvenienced you when I ordered my coffee that you, the associate, had to make. Then you felt the need to not... only rudely let me know your frustration, but also to announce to everyone in line that it was going to be a couple of minutesbecause you had to make my coffee... What is wrong with people! I hope I would get fired if I treated people this way, but theproblem is people don't...they are allowed to behave this way. Won't come back. Read more

This Starbucks customer service is always a hit or miss. The young man that works here is always very accommodating and has... great customer service unfortunately not all of the staff is customer service oriented. To the management please educate yourstaff and use the correct signage for your sale items so the staff doesn't have to inconvenience customers and call managementat home to figure out which items are on sale and which are not. Also please take down displays that are not available andand sale such as the red reusable cup that was advertised today. It's understandable if you have limited quantities but then stopdisplaying and advertising's them if you're not going to sell them. It's false advertisement and it's a waste of customerstime. Every time I get coffee through the drive-thu I have to ask for a stopper. Why would you not put a stopper in the drinks... automatically? Without a stopper the coffee is almost guaranteed to spill in someone?s car. Please start putting stoppers in thedrinks so I don?t have to keep asking. When I forget to ask coffee is spilled, and half the time when my drink is handed to methrough the window the coffee spills on my hand. It?s not cool. Read more

would be good but its run by 20 somethings that have annoying conversations continuously and loudly. You can sit at the far end... of the building and still hear the drive thru guy tell his fellow hipster coworker about what his mom made him from breakfast.Their loud chatter about nothing work related is plainly unprofessional.
