The food is ok, not terrible, but nothing I?ll rave about. The have the shoe string fries, but they aren?t the best. My son... liked the hot dog. Their menu is not clear, and they force you to order yourself on a screen. Then have the audacity to promptyou for a tip. They charge you for sauce, not extra, just if you get any. I got my kids two shakes, assuming they would be thesame size. They were not, and this caused a big problem for my little ones. Our entire trip here was very frustrating, and Iwould not recommend this location to anyone. Read more
First time I tried but wife had it as a kid. She said it tasted just before, I say it is a really great taste for a burger and... the fries are really good too. I ordered a few shakes for the kids and I. The shakes didn't fail either. The cost seemed alittle high but hey we are in a time of price increase just for everyone to stay a float so it's probably about average forother individual priced food places. Read more
The food is great and the prices allow me to feed my family for 25 bucks BUT the staff here is AMAZING. I'm impressed every time... with how polite and sincere they've been. The gentleman at the window offered to loan me a few bucks when I realized that I leftmy wallet at home. He's always there and always very friendly. The whole staff is great and they always get the order correct.I'm very grateful for this restaurant. Read more
I've never had a bad stop here. From the service to the food everything has been top notch. By far, the best part of Steak 'n... Shake is the shake part. They have such unique and amazing tasting shakes. Another thing I've noticed is the store is usuallypretty busy. Tables that get left tend to get cleaned up relatively quickly. Read more
I love their chicken strips and now they have onion rings very good. Not a fan of the order kiosks never get and human... interaction anymore. Great food great prices. Read more
Delicious food and a clean restaurant with kind employees, we usually go here for their "Happy Hour" Half Off Milkshakes. The... food is always fresh and the milkshakes are always nice and creamy, a shame they don't add cherries to it anymore however! Read more
Haven't been here in years but it's changed a lot. First you don't get greeted anymore by smiling staff to seat you and take... your order. You have to order from phone or Kiosk. No way around it they will not take your order. The staff has like nointeraction with you. The drink area is run down and dirty and so is the lobby and bathrooms. This place is dead all the timeand I see why. Food is still good, it's better to take it to go. The old fashioned vibe they use to gave is gone. Read more
