I have never had a worse experience at a Whataburger. I have often wondered why we don't have more locations in Rockwall, but... the awful service and terrible food makes that clear. I ordered a chili cheese burger a new featured burger and I paid almost$16 for cold stale fries and no chili on my burger. Plenty of onion and soggy corn chips though. Read more
There's only so much "Texan Pride" that you can expect from us. There's only so much disservice that we can forgive. This... location is so severely understaffed and overworked that I find it hard to blame the couple of people that care and work inhere. To see a dozen cars waiting at the drive-thru, about 8-9 waiting inside to be served or order-taken. To see one personworking lobby, drive-thru, and only one cook. It was painful to see. I blame you, the owner of the place. You're blaming itsurely on other factors than yourself when all you have to do is raise wages, attract more and better staff, raise prices, wewon't blame you for that. You're the one at fault. Stopped @ this location 09/16/22. Time 0930. Can honestly say that I received the worst burger of my life. You would have... thought that I had ordered a bottle of mustard on a cold stale bun. Because that is what I got. Totally inedible. Finally endedup throwing it in the trash. Hard earned money down the drain. The employee behind the counter was very unpleasant. Don't knowwhat would happen to her face if she actually smiled. The Dr Pepper was just carbonated water. Several customers staning aroundwith empty cups, waiting for Dr Pepper. Employee didn't inform us when changed. I only found out from another customer. Needless to say I won't be visiting this location ever again. Makes me sad, as Whataburger has always been my go to. Worst whataburger I've eaten at in years, fries are inedible. Change the grease!. Burger was cold, expected since it took 23... minutes to make it and looked like it was stepped on. Read more
Every time I go to Whataburger the burgers ???? are fresh. I must say that you need to ask for fresh fries. The drinks are... always good. Service is something they must work on because everyone is friendly and helpful. Read more
Tables left dirty here. Had to clean my own table to sit down and enjoy a lunch. Buddy ordered extra gravy and was given 2... containers half way up. Not like the other Whataburger we are used to. Order taker was casually sipping a drink when we walkedin and took her time to walk over and take our order. Maybe could have smiled a bit.. I felt like ordering was a hassle..Bathroom semi clean. Visited around 1 am and it took forever to get my food, but to be fair?they probably had 2-3 people preparing food. My order... was perfect. The staff was friendly. The food was perfect. Seriously. Everything was just the right temp and I honestlycouldn?t eat it fast enough. Thanks for working your butts off in the middle of the night when the line wasn?t getting anyshorter. Double patty chilie cheese burger with corn chips tasted great and turned out to be two meals for me probably because I snuck... a bunch of my wife's French Fries on the drive back home. She still had her WhatAburger junior, so no weeping necessary. I alsohad the new white chocolate raspberry milkshake on while driving, but I never TEXT.
