After an appt in Rockwall I was looking for a healthy lunch spot, really didn?t want to do Panera, found Xtreme Salads and am SO... glad I tried it! Delicious!! The veggie variety in the warm bowls is exactly what I was looking for, and very filling. Thesewill last us two meals for sure! Read more
I decided to try this place out for lunch today as I attempt to stay on track with my diet. So, I ordered the Chile Lime Salad... and was pleasantly surprised with the portion size as well as how FRESH each ingredient was within this dish. One of the BESTsalads I?ve ever had!! They have so many different salads, sandwiches & warm bowl options from which to choose and I plan totry each one in the future! Very nice people as well! I?ll definitely return here again and again. Got the Xtreme salad n added Buffalo chicken instead of regular chicken with no feta cheese! This salad was so freakin good, it... was my first time and I will definitely be back ! It comes with the Xtreme dressing but I recommend getting ranch with this one.By the way this was a size small which does the job! Read more

There are no more excuses for eating healthy! This place has fresh salads, wraps, soups and sandwiches. There drinks are in... bottles. You walk in, order at the register and pay. Then you have a seat and wait for the food to be brought to yourtable. There is still a mask policy as of 03/11/21. The food portions are generous and you can choose your salad size. Read more
