Horrible customer service! Online platform for ordering delivery processed my payment twice, collecting the payment twice... however it wouldn't process the order. I call in as instructed online to resolve issue with no luck. Not only does the Managerexplain she cannot help me with any order placed online, she won't even offer to help me place an order over the phone! Afterasking her if she wanted my business she just cops an attitude. Have to love this post-covid world! Read more

I don?t normally leave reviews and try to be as understanding as I can, but we placed an order with this dominoes, we did not... get an update for almost an hour, when calling to get an update we were told ?it would be a hot minute? and that they weren?ttaking any more orders, we wanted to cancel the order and without any confirmation on the order the employee hung up, we calledback and spoke to another employee who said the order was canceled but the first employee did not inform us, just hung the phoneup. Times are hard but that doesn?t exempt anyone from having decent customer service. Read more
Everytime I order from here, it's always right and depending on the day/time it may take a little longer than usual for... delivery. They always stick to their word. I'm loyal to them to the end. Read more
The delivery driver left my food on my porch and never text me or knocked on my door. And if he would have knocked on my door my... dogs would have barked. So when I called the store the manager said he could get me another Pizza out here in an hour and thatwould have been 11 p.m. my kids and I would already be in bed. I order from Domino's at least twice the week because my kidslove pizza and I never got a text to let me know my pizza was here this time. Extremely ticked off mom because my kids have toeat cold pizza and Soggy Pizza when they have to put it in the microwave. Thanks a lot Domino's not! Read more
Pizza took over an hour to deliver. Called store after 45 minutes and they said it was fine it was going out for delivery. After... another 30 minutes Called manager and he hung up on me. Said they are having staffing shortages and I get that if they had toldme that we would have gladly went and picked up. Love Dominos pizza but will never use this store again. Read more
