Terrible, TERRIBLE customer service. Got home and both of my pizzas were wrong. Called and got some call service that supposedly... transferred me to the store. Waited on hold 15 minutes. Hung up. Called back. Same process. Waited another 20 minutes with noanswer. Finally hung up which is exactly what they want. Haven't used Pizza Hut in years and this reaffirms that decision. Won'tbe back. This is what they served me. A burnt pizza that has no cheese or sauce, look closely in areas it?s just burned bread! This has... to be the worst pizza I?ve ever been served in my life! Early yesterday (after a very busy day) we decided to order pizza for lunch/dinner. Within 30 minutes I was violently ill and... an hour later so was my husband. Thank goodness I had Zofran on hand. I called the manager today and told her what had happened.She had no intent to do anything and questioned me on what else we had eaten during the day. She is going to ?pass it on to herdistrict manager? but that doesn?t change what happened. We have ordered from there before without issues; this one wasdefinitely different. I understand places/jobs are extremely under staffed so I understand the time management portion HOWEVER when it takes 1.5 hours... for my pizza to be ready after an online order and I STILL receive nasty, cold food I do NOT understand! Prices have increasedon EVERYTHING so my expectations have increased as well! My son observed a male employee making wings and licking his fingerand completing whatever order he was working on... This Pizza Hut in rockwell has got really bad about 4 months ago ordered a pizza nothing special just a pepperoni pizza and... bread sticks paid by debit card over the phone. At the time I didn?t realize that they had switched to door dash under newmanagement due to not having any drivers. After the order was place was told when to expect it so I waited got a text messagefrom door dash saying it was on the way after waiting another 30mins got another text message saying it was delivered by doordash but no one ever showed up after call you to the store and telling them they would not offer a refund and was going to sendanother pizza out by door dash at 9:15 and I was advised I was going to have to pay for the pizza again. Then I was told theywould have to talk to a manager and was hung up on. Well today I was willing to give them another chance called in gave themmy order they gave me the total was going to pay with debit card their machine kept giving them issues and saying card not Validwell I hung up and checked my bank card it was active and with money on it. Called back went to place my order and was toldthey didn?t deliver to my address but I seen them deliver to both my neighbors houses. I will never order anything from themafter new management this place has went down hill I hate to give bad reviews but it hasn?t got any better Read more
This is the worst pizza hut in history. After boycotting for 2 yrs due to long wait times, I decided to give then another shot.... Nope! Placed online order at 4:10pm. Was instructed food would be delivered within 30 mins. After recieving text at 5 that foodwas out for delivery?. And waiting? recieved another text that their door dash partner would deliver by 5:59. Still no food at6:10, I called store. Their reasoning was having no drivers, and my food just left. Im ok with waiting; however you should callthe people waiting and explain the situation. When the food arrived at 6:20 naturally it is ice cold, and toppings burnt. Theblack in photo is tomatos! Never ever again. Pizza hut has lost a customer for life. Read more
I've lived all over the country and this is by far the worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to. I hesitate to call it a Pizza Hut... because it's more like Domino's with PH prices. No cheese, no sauce, no taste on my pizza. Don't go here!!! Read more
