Fast service, I can order on the app or order there. When I order on the app, food is hot and ready to go! No waiting! Depends... on the time of day you go through the drive thru or the stalls, it can get busy and the wait can be crazy sometimes, but it's tobe expected when you go during dinner hours. Have to re-edit this yet again, my kids wanted sonic and reluctantly I took them there. I mentioned that in the past we don?t... get all out items. I order and guess what, you guys are consistent at doing the same thing. It getting it all right. Missed anditem and then waited 15 minutes before I decided to not give you my time and my family?s time any longer. We will never spend adollar at your location, ever again. We will make sure that everyone we know understand that frustration that this location willsurely provide. A month later, I order a nice size order $60 worth. Drive home and am missing items, check you or bags people Idon?t know why I never learn lol, missing one burger, the only burger ordered in the order along with Tots. Then I?m givenattitude when I come back as if it?s my issue I?m missing items. Come on dude how hard is this really, the bottom of the recitehas a item count why have it there if no one is looking for it. Was not a great experience, the intercom speaker to order issuper low, I had to repeat the order several times due to not hearing them correctly. Worst part is we ordered several shakes.They all tasted super butter, seems that they didn?t mix it well so the flavor was super concentrated at the bottom. I ordered a 2 meals and both came out cold. I took one bite and asked for a refund at the door so I can give the food back. I... was told no refunds by the manager Kaitlyn and of course I had questions why when it was them that made it cold. I was told youjust going to have to like it and she spazed out on me and threatened to call the cops. I said go ahead because all I want wasmy money back.
