Fast service, I can order on the app or order there. When I order on the app, food is hot and ready to go! No waiting! Depends... on the time of day you go through the drive thru or the stalls, it can get busy and the wait can be crazy sometimes, but it's tobe expected when you go during dinner hours. Have to re-edit this yet again, my kids wanted sonic and reluctantly I took them there. I mentioned that in the past we don?t... get all out items. I order and guess what, you guys are consistent at doing the same thing. It getting it all right. Missed anditem and then waited 15 minutes before I decided to not give you my time and my family?s time any longer. We will never spend adollar at your location, ever again. We will make sure that everyone we know understand that frustration that this location willsurely provide. A month later, I order a nice size order $60 worth. Drive home and am missing items, check you or bags people Idon?t know why I never learn lol, missing one burger, the only burger ordered in the order along with Tots. Then I?m givenattitude when I come back as if it?s my issue I?m missing items. Come on dude how hard is this really, the bottom of the recitehas a item count why have it there if no one is looking for it. Was not a great experience, the intercom speaker to order issuper low, I had to repeat the order several times due to not hearing them correctly. Worst part is we ordered several shakes.They all tasted super butter, seems that they didn?t mix it well so the flavor was super concentrated at the bottom. We waited for almost over 35 minutes for one chicken club sandwich combo. When it arrived the chicken in the sandwich was so... dehydrated and old it must have been cooked the day before. It's was so tough it was inedible. The lettuce was yellow and wiltedand the tomatoes werent much better. We realized this all after we had left and I refused to waste another half an hour on onemeal. So we drove to the McDonald's right next door and had a much better experience. Totally unacceptable. Read more
Only came here because I needed something quick and the drive thru was empty. Ordered my meal with tater tots and corrected them... once they recited the order back to me and they still gave me fries. Went to eat my sandwich and the chicken and bun both lookedburnt. I bit into the sandwich and the chicken was very hard like it was sitting around for hours. The hardest of the chickenscratched and irritated my gums such a disappointment but the young lady who took my order was very kind and sweet. Read more
I ordered a 2 meals and both came out cold. I took one bite and asked for a refund at the door so I can give the food back. I... was told no refunds by the manager Kaitlyn and of course I had questions why when it was them that made it cold. I was told youjust going to have to like it and she spazed out on me and threatened to call the cops. I said go ahead because all I want wasmy money back. Cops came and I told them what happened I said I need my receipt so I can prove I bought frome hear because Ipaid cash. Manager told the cop no that I can't have my receipt... I was told to leave.
