Have lived in the area for a bit and finally tried this place, had a really good medium hawaiian pizza that was cooked perfectly... (well done per request) and the benito bread (cheese bread) was delicious. Online ordering worked great and it had an accuratetracker as well. Friendly driver, good food, definitely worth trying out! Very disappointed. I've been ordering from this location for years and always been very pleased. I have tipped the drivers well,... I have waited long periods of time on the line to place an order when they're busy and I turn around and get treated likethat. I ordered a round garlic crust pizza with three items. I ended up with large thin crust, yuck. When I called and said youmessed up my order all I got was well that's what was in the system. Hello I called and gave the order personally. How youremployee entered it into the system is not my problem it's yours. Then they said well what do you want us to do about it verycocky. He said well you can order another pizza but you're going to pay for that one too. Very bad attitude, not veryprofessional at all. Not sure if I'll be calling them again. They get 5 stars for service .. But my pizza was dry .. I Had gotten 2 deep dish they parbake their deep dish which makes it... dry... This was my first time ever having Benitos pizza I would definitely order again but I wouldnt get their deep dish everagain . Read more
