Called at 7:25p. Placed an order. Told 15 minutes. Arrived 20 minutes later only to find they didn't put my order through. They... asked if I had the right number, only to find my number in their Caller ID at 7:25p. Then when asked for my order they didn'toffer anything for the mistake. I then sat and waited another 35 minutes while 4 employees worked on orders. I've been coming toChicken Shack establishments for decades. NEVER has one been operated this poorly and had such poor customer service. At the endI was asked "are you sure you don't want any condiments?" Really? Yes, condiments would make up for this mistake. I placed an online order with the Fort Street location, I get a call about certain fryers not working so they can only do... coleslaw as a side. So she cancels my order. I call this location, and just make sure that all of their fryers are working andexplain the situation. He says yes, and then tells me he has to put me on hold. Comes back onto the phone and says that theyjust had a oil spill, and cannot take any orders. Honestly, it?s just way to much of a coincidence. I ask to speak with themanager, and he tells me that he cannot because she?s on the phone with her boss. The whole thing is just incredibly sketchy.I?ve tried multiple times to order from each location, and there is always some sort of story as to why they are no longertaking orders. Read more
