an older woman took my order at the speaker and was very rude the whole time as she couldn?t get things to work on her end,... which is not my fault. I had a mobile order for a free iced coffee, and then placed a second order with the deal from the appfor a bogo breakfast sandwich, which, when on the app, you can choose any breakfast sandwich, so i ordered 2 mcgriddles. when igot to the window, the same woman who took my order, tried charging me full price, and i reminded her that i had the deal fromthe app, where she proceeded to tell me it doesn?t work on mcgriddles. I told her i use it often and it lets me choose themcgriddles. she proceeded to slam the window in my face and fix the order, however she was very rude and unprofessional. isuggest the employees here should take a look at the app and see the options.
