an older woman took my order at the speaker and was very rude the whole time as she couldn?t get things to work on her end,... which is not my fault. I had a mobile order for a free iced coffee, and then placed a second order with the deal from the appfor a bogo breakfast sandwich, which, when on the app, you can choose any breakfast sandwich, so i ordered 2 mcgriddles. when igot to the window, the same woman who took my order, tried charging me full price, and i reminded her that i had the deal fromthe app, where she proceeded to tell me it doesn?t work on mcgriddles. I told her i use it often and it lets me choose themcgriddles. she proceeded to slam the window in my face and fix the order, however she was very rude and unprofessional. isuggest the employees here should take a look at the app and see the options. Ordered 2 sweet teas and a couple sandwiches, the sweet tea was very obviously old...tasted acidic. Never order their tea it's... not worth the risk.....came back a second time thinking things would change..nope, girlfriend threw up within minutes offinishing her Big Mac Read more
Really bad experience. Used their restrooms and one of the stalls was completely filthy with pee all over the floor. How can... this happen in a RESTAURANT??? We were also very unhappy with our order. Got a cinnamon roll which wasn?t fresh, an applefritter that was definitely a couple of days old. Also ordered a black coffee with sugar. And got one with milk - for my husbandwho cannot eat/drink lactose products. GREAT. Thanks for nothing. Read more
Absolute shame on the management and owner to allow only 2 workers. Waited 30 minutes for my food. I couldn't even leave as I... already ordered on the app. I feel sorry for the women that were working as you could tell they were frustrated from all theattitude they were most likely receiving from customers before me for something that's the managements fault. This location isalways 10x slower compared to the nearby locations and it's clearly the lack of competence from management. Read more
The customer service is terrible when I drive past here the light is always off it always seems like this place is closed I'm... really sick how these people are getting off by getting free money clocking in on a clock but not doing the job description thatthey apply for then when I pull up to the speaker there's no welcoming.
