I often come to this starbucks between runs at work, and i often am greeted with the same barista. She?s an older woman, long... gray hair with glasses, and she is ALWAYS very rude. Terrible experience and baristas, love this kroger and their employees but starbucks? Absolutely hate! No greeting, will let you... stand at counter for minutes before even acknowledging you, location needs to be shut down or bring in all NEW staff because Ihave never been to any starbucks where its that horrible! and have the nerve to have a sign on the counter saying the locationdoesn't accept tips, honey I don't think any of you would ever deserve one Read more
First experience at this starbucks was a bad one. The barista was bothered or just irritable, and told me to hold on rudely... while she did what she needed to. I ordered my salted caramel cold brew with light ice. I got a watered down version of Ibelieve a sweet cream cold brew. I asked for a straw, she told me she was supposed to save them. I am a long time patriot of Starbucks and have never been so angry and disappointed. I order the same drinks atleast 3x's a... week. I ordered 2 drinks Venti hot coffee with 2 creams and 2 sugar a hot Venti Caramel Machiatto with 2 extra shots ofexpresso, caramel and whip cream on top, pd over $10.00 There were no tickets on the cups to tell which one was which, myhusband and I had a hard time telling the drinks apart. The coffee didn't taste right and the Caramel Machiatto only tasted likeit had 1 shot of expresso, didn't have any whip cream or caramel of top. We live 3 min away so the whip cream didn't meltwithout Any traces. I called and was trying to explain to the lady what was going on and she stopped me mid sentence and saidsnarkingly "I made them I know they are made correctly" she was not interest in anything I had to say. I go in the morning around 8/9 and the ladies are always rude. There is an older lady with glasses and a younger woman who don?t... greet you, don?t say hello, look miserable, are extremely rude when you try to greet them/give them your order & you spend $5 ona coffee just for it to be all ice. I understand iced coffee has ice, but why is the ice all the way up to the lid where shestruggles closing it? There was one time where there was a nice middle aged woman but I haven?t seen her since. It?s bad enough I have an unwelcome and hostile experience every time I come here. But to partially make my drinks, leave them... sitting on the counter so you can start another order right in front of me is absolutely ridiculous. The barista Lauren stoppedmaking my drinks once her family and/or friend came in so she could start making her order. Not only is that beyond rude butvery inconsiderate of my time; basically her friend or family trumps my order and my time. Most likely won?t return to thisstore. Read more
