This store is ridiculous. The last few times ordering from them and had it delivered it was wrong every time. And the manager... will not make it right unless you jump thru hoops. Or not at all. I like their product, however the customer service is nonexistent! I am wheelchair bound and like using the pizza portal. My... granddaughter usually goes and picks up my paid for order. I paid for a garlic butter sauce and a sauce for bread sticks whichwe did not receive. After calling and asking them to correct our order. I love the pizza from the business as a whole but while visiting with a friend I stopped here and ordered just two simple... pepperoni pizzas and watched 5 other customers come in order n then walk out with there orders as if I had not ordered or paidfor anything then the manager finally remembered that I had already ordered but not served but while I had been waiting themanager had been belittling one employee because he had taken it upon himself to service a customer who had been waiting forseveral minutes and cause he was using the register that was apparently assigned to another employee and instead of pulling himto the side and talking with him as to why what ge had done was not the thing to have done she continued to talk down on him allthe while of constantly looking in my direction as if I was gonna back her up which she should be fired and a new manager be putin the spot that knows better of what to do to handle the situation so as not to be embarrassing to the employee and or thecustomers in the business Read more
