Our service was horrible. We had to wait 15 minutes for our food when people who ordered after us got.their food first.
employees are mostly great, ice cream machine never works - like worse than usual at McDonalds. Bathrooms are gross. Seems like... they are out of stuff a lot. They close early. I give 3 stars because a lot of the employees do great. Read more

They are very slow when there is no one there. Also almost always order is wrong or they don't have something we want. Most of... the works aren't friendly and they act like they hate their job and are VERY RUDE. I worked for a delivery company and thecustomer's that lived in Rockwood would order from Harriman or Kingston and that's sad because they would rather take a chanceon food getting cold & being right then it being hot & wrong & wait forever. Its very frustrating when Google says the breakfast hours end at 11 then you get there and they say 10:30 and the breakfast menu... is still up but they refuse to serve you breakfast.
