Very dissapointed. I orderd 4 soft taco supremes these were the sorryest tacos i have ever seen. They did not put sour cream on... them. The price is way to high. I ordered 4 soft taco supremes add onions and beans and 2 steak enchilattas and the bill was28.00. I could have went to a regular Mexican restaurant and had a very big meal for that much. Bad experience. Will probablynot go back here. Read more
$80 order, half of our food was missing, went to correct problem and manager in charge was rude and disrespectful. Wouldn't give... us food we were missing or a refund. Worst customer service. Read more
Unfortunately out of Mexican pizza until next month but great service and fast food.

This TacoBell really is the best around in Roane County. The workers are nothing shy of amazing! They have wonderful management... staff && great customer service! I use to go to the one in Harriman but, they were further away. (Not exactly bad experience)Yet, when this one came to Rockwood it was a much better experience && closer. It was a win win for sure! All staff members arereally good people! If something is actually wrong they will fix it! Great customer service! Staff && Management is top notch!Thanks to the crew for being so awesome! This place is really kept clean lobby, back area, front counter, drive thru &&bathrooms! This is honestly probably the most clean fast food place in Rockwood! I have to hand it to them! Great job y?all!?????????? Secondly, some people get on here && complain because either they didn?t get something free because they had noreceipt or they was trying to get something free saying the order was messed up or stuff was missing!
