TWO INCORRECT ORDERS TODAY AND VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES! Honestly not one to write reviews but today?s experience was very... frustrating. I placed an order for 3 egg and cheese croissants and 2 egg croissants. First of all, they took a half hour togive me my order which made me think it would of course be correct, so I didn?t bother to check. When I got home, all thecroissants had sausage patties. Since my family is a vegetarian, I went back to get my order correct. When I went back, I letthe lady who took my order know that she got my order incorrect- instead of apologizing, she said ?I?m on break?. I verified myorder three times with the two guys who were working there. Then the manager (she was the only one not in the dunkin blackuniform) comes to ask my order, repeating it incorrectly, and when I again told them I wanted 3 egg and cheese, 2 just eggcroissants, she rolled her eyes and walked away. I was feeling hungry and impatient to eat so I just checked the top twocroissants. I saw an egg&cheese croissant and an egg croissant, so I thought they got the order correct this time. When I gothome, I see there is only one egg&cheese and the other four are just egg. So they got the order incorrect again. Read more

This location has the worst service. You have workers standing around constantly. At the window you get asked what you ordered... multiple times so I?m not sure why they even ask you for your original order at the drive thru. After repeating the order theySTILL give you the wrong item! My drink orders have NEVER been right from here when it it?s such a simple order to make. Howhard it is to make a coffee correctly and to do your one job accurately. Given this place way too many chances. The staff shouldseriously be retrained or bring in new staff that can do a job accurately. It?s not rocket science. Go to another Dunkin Donutsif you are able to. I will not be going back. Read more
95% of the time this location is great, but this morning my friend and I both ordered cold brews and on the first sip we... realized they tasted very strongly of marijuana. Have had plenty of prior good experiences here but getting coffee that tasteslike weed is simply insane.
