Worst customer experience. Customers are leaving their half fulfilled orders on the counter and walking out in frustration! They are unprofessional. They don?t apologize for their mistakes. They don?t make the cold foams right. I get it for the cold... foam. I have ordered 7 in the last 2 weeks and all with whip cream no cold foam. I have seen them put the whip cream on top notcold foam. There is one time I asked if it cold foam just to see her answer and she stuttered and she said she put cold foamwhen I seen her use the whip cream bottle. Not hard to say you don?t have cold foam. Poor customer service. We get food anddonuts without napkins. If you are getting food or donuts which can become messy then they should supply napkins. Read more
