This location is right next to my home. And I love jersey Mike's subs! I want to give Candice, the manager at the rockyhill... location. She is amazing and guides her crew while handling online orders and a long line. She deserves to be recognized. People aren't always the nicest if an order is messed up. She handles it all very well. This is the second time I visited this store, and both times the service was the same. No greeting when you walk in door, no eye... contact, waited 15 minutes never was told they would be with me shortly. After 20 minutes of waiting I walked out. Horrible,horrible horrible.
