This location is right next to my home. And I love jersey Mike's subs! I want to give Candice, the manager at the rockyhill... location. She is amazing and guides her crew while handling online orders and a long line. She deserves to be recognized. People aren't always the nicest if an order is messed up. She handles it all very well. This is the second time I visited this store, and both times the service was the same. No greeting when you walk in door, no eye... contact, waited 15 minutes never was told they would be with me shortly. After 20 minutes of waiting I walked out. Horrible,horrible horrible. I stopped coming to this location. EVERY. TIME. I order it is wrong. And then when I called after the 5th of it being wrong the... manager was so rude about giving me a refund. Do not come here! The subs have barely any meat and all bread/lettuce. Every timeI come I have to wait entirely way to long for a sub. Read more
Quality is great and portions are worth the money. Most amazing of all, this location can make a sandwich in the time it says it... will take. Ever put in a mobile order somewhere and then have to wait around 20 minutes for them to make your order after youshow up to pick it up (*cough* Glastonbury Jersey Mike's)?
