Went to give my order. 2 women employees saw me but no effort at all to assist me. They were just gossiping. Finally tried to... get their attention but not before one of them was finished her story. No friendly assistance. Went to soda fountain. Totallydisgusting . DIRTY. all kinds of trash on floor. If health inspector ever had a surprise visit you would never pass and shouldbe fined. Really disappointed with this location. Over a week ago I ordered my husband a big kids happy meal to the tune of $15.00. I also... ordered more food for my daughter and I. I spent over $30.00. I ordered through the app and headed there to pick up the food. Iwaited 25 minutes in the mobile ordering spot. An employee comes to the window with a bag and tells me they are out of the happymeal boxes. No big deal that's fine. I said "The toy is in here?". He replied "Uhh no we are out of those too". Okay. So do Iget a refund for the $5.00 difference between a adult happy meal and a Big Mac meal? Nope, it wasn't even offered. I was told hedid not know what to do and "I just work here Ma'am." The employee told me complain through the app. So I wrote the app anemail. I received response with an apology from customer care that stated I would hear back from the manager of this locationvery shortly and I would be refunded. It's been well over a week (more like 2) and I have not heard a peep. The food was just okfries were soggy. We were given no sauce for a 20 piece mcnugget. The whole thing was a mess. Read more

Words cannot describe how terrible this location is, but I'll try. I went there to order a simply Happy Meal, something small at... night. I realize that fast food employees are overworked, but I barely saw anyone at that time. It took around 10 minutes forsomeone to talk to me in the front counter and all she said was for me to use one of the self-service kiosks. Fine, I wasn'tbothered by it. I ordered the food and it took around 20 mins to received it. I was standing there by the counter simply lookingas other employees appeared in the kitchen, some not even moving. There was no line at the time and around 2-3 people inside thestore. They didn't give me something I ordered, which I realize people make mistakes, but the lady seemed ticked off when Ikindly showed her the receipt, the Happy Meal, and said something wasn't there. It's like all the employees are zombies. I havebeen there multiple times at various moments through the days, and it is always the same. You're better off taking an extra fewminutes to either Cromwell location. Read more

The food is swift especially if you order drive through. Place is clean and I believe the big Mac tastes better than many of the... other mcds I have been to. The mobile order facility and always on deals are great too. Read more
This location was clean and had a sleek, modern interior. The staff working the register were friendly and attentive, and the... food came out quickly. My main complaint which is probably a chain-wide issue is that the soap in the restroom left a lingeringchemical odor on my hands that was hard to remove. It's not like I can find other soap, you know? And then it's frustrating whenI go to pick up my burger and the smell is on my hands, it really ruins the experience. I really wish they would address thisissue. This is a big international chain, they have literally zero excuse for using a soap that leaves a lingering unpleasantodor on the hands. Especially given that it's a restaurant and you're likely to be picking up food with your hands shortly afterwashing them. Not okay. Read more
