$4.50 for a pup cup is unreasonable. Waffle cone was stale and very pale. Maine Wild Blueberry was okay, texture was a little... freezer-burnt-esk. Black Raspberry was delicious, very creamy. Read more

The ice cream was delicious. The staff was friendly and polite. They have GF ice cream in maybe 20 flavors, plus GF toppings,... and GF sugar and wafer cones. HOWEVER, their training about Gluten cross-contamination may not be thorough enough as ofSeptember 2018. I was *very sick* in the night, just a few hours later. Hubby says they didn't get fresh scoops for our icecream. Cannot recommend with confidence for celiacs. My children did not get sick but they are not as sensitive as I am. Don'tknow how easy it is to reach by public transit. It has an ample parking lot. No bike rack. On a busy road. 9/4/18 - Dear Owner,I don't know how to contact you "off-line", so I hope you see this. I believe we went Saturday night, 9/1. I think it was 8 or 9PM-ish. We were a group of 4, with 3 GF. Hubby could see the items being made. He said the scoops came from the scoop-waterrinse bucket. I DO have to commend the young man who very conscientiously advised me not to get sprinkles as all cones aredunked into the same sprinkle bin. I asked if there were fresh sprinkles available that hadn't yet been dunked-into. He thoughtabout it and said it would be possible to do my sprinkles from a new batch. I was grateful as I was in the mood for sprinkles.:-) Because I am an exceedingly sensitive celiac it only takes the tiniest error to knock me flat. I am grateful that others inmy family are less sensitive. I hope you figure out what went wrong. I wish I could give more precise data. We were in Windsorfor 3 nights at a hotel. I am pretty sure we drove to your shop on Saturday night. We learned about you from the FIND ME GLUTENFREE app. Best, Esther Paris 9/7/18 update - The owner reviewed videos of our ice-creams being made and spotted thecross-contamination error. The owner reviewed procedures not only with the staffer who made the error but with ALL staff. Mysuggestion to celiacs is to remind the person making the order that ALL allergy procedures must be followed, from Read more
