After being closed for almost a month, what's different? The drive thru menu/speaker has been moved back some for faster... ordering (great! ????). However overall, it's still a bad drive thru/parking lot set up, the drive thru took too much time (likebefore), especially with a pre-order, and the one water drain at the drive thru still has the "wall of asphalt" around it sothat water can't actually drain and thus, there's a huge puddle there when it rains. Not fun. PS - People still ignore the"Left Turn Only" out of the drive thru and the blind right hand side still sucks. PPS - Other than all of this ????, the staffat this Starbucks is always a 10/10. Good location, they are always friendly and the only times I've had an issue with my order they fix it. Parking lot and drive... thru setup are a pain though. Read more

Worst Java chip and doble chocolate Frappuccino. Half of the glass was full covered with the chocolate syrup. No sense! What the... measurement are for!?!?!? The employee serving them wasn?t in the mood. Read more

I go to this Starbucks all the time. There is this male employee that is always there and is so nice but yesterday I was there... and I couldn't believe how rude he was treating this new employee. I felt really bad for the new employee. I hate seeingworkers being mistreated. They need to remember how it was for them on the first day and act like a team helping each other, andnot embarrassing them. I wouldn't want someone to treat my kids like that. It was horrible. I hope he didn't quit or get fired. Read more

I don't understand why when I am ordering at the drive up they talk over me. I have a simple order; Irish cold brew ice with... light ice. When I correct the employee because they make a mistake on my order, I get attitude and told not to be rude. Juststop talking over me. I just want what I order. I literally don't want anything except what I order and pay for. I like coffeewhile I work. Why is this a difficult? Read more

Not sure if the staff was new but for the life of her this girl could not figure out how to make our grande hot chocolate kids'... temp. After a few minutes ordering that item alone, she ended up giving us a short, rather than the grande we ordered. Oh well. Read more

I always go to this location and I like coming here because its convenient on my way to work and they always get my order... right. But today I came in and ordered a Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato. the barista overflowed the the whole thing with so muchice that it spilled all over my dress on my way to work. Had to go home and change. So ridiculous!! you can't just shove in asmuch as you want. Also...I asked for LIGHT ICE! not sure if I am coming back again. Read more
