If there was an option for 0 stars I would have chosen that instead of 1. Drive thru wait was about 45 min and food was cold,... sloppy and disgusting when we received it. We will not be visiting this taco bell location again. We waited almost an hour in the drive through. Once we made it to the... window, they gave us the wrong order. Eventually they gave us the correct order, but we were still missing items. When weconfronted the workers, they gave us a lot of attitude. Many of the workers were vaping and hanging out not even trying to fixthe situation. The food we received was cold, and not made properly (see the uncooked cheesy rollups attached). Read more
They put meat in my vegetarian burrito some lady gave me attitude and I was missing sauces and another order. Update it was the... over night manger she called me the b word and screamed at me and closed the door when I had a order. I didn?t get a fullrefund. This is honestly the worst taco bell ever. I understand taco bell isn?t the BEST fast food place but seriously you have one job... to just make food correctly and satisfy the customer and they can?t even do that. First of all they had NOTHING. How are yourunning a fast food restaurant until 1am with NOTHING. They made my whole order wrong and when I went back through the girl atthe window was extremely disrespectful and had an attitude. Your getting paid to do a job and make food, how is that so hard.Not to mention she didn?t even apologize for the inconvenience of not having half the things I ordered. The folks here are fast and they make good food. I only had a problem once out of more than 10 times there. Staff is nice and... will remember you if you come often. I always walk in to pick up my food since its faster and i live very close so i am thankfulthe staff is properly trained. Read more
If I could give a negative one star review I would. When driving back from a long trip, I ordered my food through the app before... it was midnight. This Taco Bell was advertised as being open till 1 am by the way. The app let me order, I paid for the food andpulled up to the drive thru a little after midnight. After spending a good 15 minute waiting for someone to answer, my boyfriendand I drove through the window. We saw someone clearly there standing around. We knocked on the window, got ignored multipletimes. Let me keep reminding that this wasn?t even close to closing time. Finally, a extremely rude worker opened the window andpoint blank told us to cancel our mobile order since they are ?short staffed? and she will not be making our order. Afterexplaining we already had paid for our food through the app, she made us cancel the whole order. We were the only ones in line,the lights were still on and we were spoken to so rudely by her. This location needs to get their workers in check. Is shegetting paid to just stand around all day? Worst customer service experience I?ve ever experienced at any Taco Bell. Iunderstand being short staffed but there are much better ways to deal with customers than forcing them to cancel their ordersjust because you don?t wanna do your job. Read more
