I honestly will never eat at this location EVERY AGAIN. The service was horrible with the exception of a cook by the name of... Timothy that assisted us after waiting 45 minutes. Demon Cherry (manager on duty) had the audacity to say he was short staffed.That is no excuse for the mistreatent of customer when we spend hundreds of dollars at an establishment. Read more
Food was awesome but the wait wasn't all that great, service was subpar as well. My wife and I went around 3pm so it wasn't that... busy at all and it took at least an hour for food to come out. Waitress didn't keep up with us either. If you do happen to stopby try the orange chicken and thank me later. Read more
Went to have dinner for our 5th anniversary. Not being familiar with the area we stopped at Applebee?s to eat. The staff and... management were awesome and very attentive and made our anniversary memorable. They even took a nice picture for us so we couldremember our night. Next time we visit here we will definitely stop in again for dinner. Read more
The food at this Applebee?s location was not particularly noteworthy. However, the service was friendly despite hardly seeing... our server. It did take quite some time for our server to collect our check which was a bit odd. You would assume a restaurantwould want to be paid in a timely manner, but to each their own. Overall, this is a fairly standard Applebee?s location. Feelfree to come if you don?t mind mediocracy, I for one find it a comfort at times. Read more
Went to Applebee's yesterday for lunch, and the bartender was our waitress. She greeted us with a friendly smile, seated us, and... served drinks promptly. I ordered my food: 8 oz sirloin with mashed potatoes and broccoli. My steak was cooked to my preferenceand had amazing flavor. My side dishes were also very good. I went with a young man who is on the Autism spectrum, and orderedhim a platter of fries, as he wouldn't eat anything else they have due to his picky food nature. The waitress told me, after wehad talked for a bit about what he likes, that though it isn't on the menu, they could make him a grilled cheese. As a personwho takes this young man out frequently, it was amazing that she would offer to get him something that isn't on the menu, so hehad more than just fries (which is his absolute favorite so he would have been totally okay). Food was pretty good, a reasonable portion size for the amount charged. We had The Bourbon Street Steak and The Bourbon Street... Chicken and Shrimp Dinners with 2 waters, no appetizer ot was $32.00. The restaurant was clean, it wasn't very busy, lots ofempty tables, the restaurant was quite hot, several nearby patrons were speaking of the temperature. We waited 15-20 mins for a seat. Everyone already seated were waiting and complaining about the wait for thier food. The manager... was trying to calm most of the customers. Our waitress told us it was a shift change and we would get another waiter. We arrivedat 5pm. The bartender got into an argument with a customer over a drink. There was yelling and back and forth words between themuntil the manager came out the back and gave the lady a credit for the drink she was dissatisfied with. My understanding wasthat the bartender had called her broke for not wanting to pay for the $5 drink which the customer said was weak.The chips withour spinach dip were hard, we had to ask for more chips. I ordered the sirloin steak med rare. It was overcooked. My cousin'sfood Ribs with mashed potatoes was cold she sent it back. It took forever to get out food we didn't leave until 6:30pm. Theywere short staffed but most of the people working there were sitting around at a table chit chatting with each other. Theydefinitely need more waiters. Food is always great. We celebrated our 2 yr anni with my kids. Great football Sunday atmosphere. The server was ok.
