First the sanitation score is 87.5 You can't have a low score & bad customer service. For my order to already be ready &... multiple employees saw me standing at the counter that should tell you I need something. I can't get my own drink so of course Ineed an employee to get it. I waited 10 min for a drink. Everyone just talking & laughing instead of helping. MY FOOD IS COLD! Iwill not be back! Read more

Ok? trying to think of the right words to use to get this point across as strongly as possible. This place really needs some... serious help. Yes, more employees would be great, but please better train your hostess and wait staff. How much longer can youblame the pandemic and lack of help when Applebees across the parking lot had no problem seating us. The hostess was soclueless as to why people were being seated before us, one couple actually apologized to us because they saw us waiting outsideand knew they got here after us and were seated. When we complained the hostess just had a ?deer in the headlights? look. Comeon B-dubs?? get the Rocky Mount act together. Until then I advise everyone to avoid this restaurant. This was one of the worst experiences i have had. Its took nearly 20 min to get our drinks ordered and about 1 hour for our food... to be served. The waitress said they were short handed so i didnt complain. But the level of service made was horrible. Read more

Serving staff was slow and they don't necessarily work as a team. We sat next to the pickup counter. Our drinks were empty for... several minutes. Place was not very busy. The lady at the pickup counter walked by several times, empty handed, and missed anopportunity to help a coworker. Some might say, "she's helping your server get a tip". That may be true but what she's reallydoing is making a repeat customer. Something else, a kitchen staff member came out to speak to a customer. Didn't intend tooverhear the conversation but they were close to us. The customer had some questions about their order. I felt the kitchen staffmember answered the questions and explained their prepping and cooking process very well. Seemed like the customer was happywith the explanation. Based on the quality of our food, which was very good, and that conversation, we'll be back. Read more

Ordered traditional 50 wings for $42.99 ( per online menu ) and large onion rings. When my husband came back with order and... told me he paid $68.61, I told him that was to much?I called back the restaurant and spoke with TONYA RICHARDSON ( the manager )and she advised me they were $54.99..she said she checked it on line too.. Normally my friends and I go to this location every Thursday. The last several times have just sucked though, and it's not the... food. It's the same waitress that is inattentive, visibly upset that she's there, irritated, and slow. Last Thursday we went,and only saw her when she said "we close in 30 minutes" and left wings at the table. We didnt see her again until exactly 30minutes later when she brought fries. We said "just take them off the bill, we're done eating" and she had said they wereclosing. She instead reprinted the same ticket and snatched up the uneaten fries, and disappeared again. We waited 10 moreminutes, and she never came back for payment, so I left cash for the wings and drinks, not the fries, and left. I'd love to goback today but I refuse. If I could give zero Stars I would! I ordered from GrubHub but this was clearly the restaurant's fault. The worst part was not... the way overcooked chicken or even what was missing from the order which was simply the ranch dressings, marinara, sour creamand celery sticks I ordered as an add-on. The worst part was when I called the manager just to let him know what was happeningin his restaurant after getting my refund from grubhub, he was totally rude to me, got very defensive and then ended up hangingup on me. And this was after waiting on hold for 15 minutes and call him back a second time to talk to him. If he's readingthis, I just want to let you know I called corporate to complain also and they'll be talking to your district manager about you.And yes they got all the pertinent including the manager's name. People don?t want to work , we need to Wait at the front door so long to seat after that for more than 20 min to get beer that... came not cold and different then we ordered, usually I order extra crispy and didn?t came crispy . We love Buffalo Wild Wingseverywhere we go but this one we don?t recommend. Read more
