Used to work here the place is filthy & molded?like no bs. -0 stars was my goal but that?s not a option.
Today (about 30 mins ago), I tried to order food but ended up leaving instead. I tried 4 times to place my order, two of the... times they kept saying you can place you order, then the lady was confused or something and wanted me to tell her what was thelast thing I ordered but she then confused me. Then a guy got on for the fourth time but by then there was no point to keepplaying so I backed out and left. Good thing is there are other restaurants near by with great food and if you can imagine,great service!! Read more

Waited o er an hour to get milkshakes, only to find black hair inside the lid! Spent almost $14 for 4 shakes....definitely a... waste of money! No one answered the customer service line & the local # had someone puck up only to hang up each time! Read more
Good place for a burger or barbecue. I stopped here with my family during a road trip. My mom loved it, everyone else thought it... was okay. Quick, friendly service from the employees. No complaints from me. Read more
The smallest amount of double order onion rings. Never ever recieved two small, thin patties on a cookout style burger.
Rocky Mount Cook Out have fell off tremendously. I had to wait over 40 minutes in line for a double cheeseburger combo. My food... was prepared correctly but the fact that I had to wait that long in line is ridiculous. I definitely will not be coming backanytime soon. Read more
