10/17/22. Last updated menu on voice message is from 10/4/22. Employees repeatedly say they?re ?too busy? to see what vegetables... are available on a particular day. It?s like the employees saw the Facebook post that this location is closing, and they justgave up trying. ?Management? is just coasting. Food is usually OK; you just can?t find out what the menu of the day is over thephone. Read more
LOVE K&W! Very disappointed that they closed the Wilson location. When we do go to Rocky Mt. we stop in there. Great food, very... reasonable prices. Prices have increased (like everything else in the last year) but still great buy for your money. Two porkchops and 2-3 vegetable choices for $6.99! Read more
I've been coming to this place for a long time and enjoyed it. However, it seems like ever since the pandemic hit this place has... gone downhill. The staff in the front line seems like they could not care less about being out of food. Today I got cold chickentenders and had to send them back. The food definitely is not as good as it used to be. When there was the experienced seasoned chefs/cooks, the food was much... better. Now, everything seems just mass production. The food was for me, - a little too salty! My friend loved the ice tea so much she ordered a To - Go cup but surprisingly as we... got on the road, it was a totally different taste! I'm just saying!!!! The atmosphere great! The place is very clean..... Don'tlet my taste deter you from going because if I'm in the area again, - I will sure give them a second shot!!!
