Ordered a double cheeseburger and a blueberry muffin. They had me pull forward and wait. So I waited for at least 20 minutes.... While waiting everyone in the drive-thru kept on getting their food but we never received ours. So I called up there and theytold me they were out of blueberry muffins and then we had wait another 10 minutes for them to bring the cheeseburger out. Read more
Live close by so naturally I go a lot. By far the worst local McDonald's, particularly the evening shift. I feel sorry for the... manager because I can tell she is trying, but surrounded by a bunch of children who have no manners, what can she do. There isALWAYS some type of problem but sometimes it's a big problem like missing items & no matter what the case you will be in thewrong for having an issue. I hope they get it together. Out of ketchup, ask for a extra pack of sauce for fries since they where out charged me .30. Also gave me water instead of the... drinks I paid for. Manger was very rude so was staff. Definitely not ever going back here. Wish I could give 0 star. Read more
It's not Just here, it's all restaurants in rocky mount. Gave me a less than medium amount of fries in a large fry box. How sad.... Thats why she gave me that look when she gave them to me. When u order a small fry, you get a medium amount in them. Howweird??? Read more
The lunch staff is an absolute joke..! I went there one time for breakfast and they did a good job. The few other times I went... there was for lunch and it was a mediocre, at best. Honestly the lunch crew was pathetic. One time I went there for lunch and itwas the worst service I've ever had. I work at McDonald's when I was a teenager and we always gave our customers the bestservice. When I experienced at this McDonald's is absolutely pathetic.
