Old and not well taken care of... all the tables have the top coating chipping off and it's been this way for years. Staff and... portion size was terrible years ago, but now is much improved. Quality of food is terrible... they over-salt everything to thepoint that I can't even tell if my Chicken Parmesan and Pasta Fagioli is good or not and I really like salt. I had such a badexperience here 5 years ago that I haven't been back until this visit. Will not be back for maybe another 5 years. Consider itbetter than nothing regarding Italian food, but sometimes nothing is a better option. Read more

I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to this time... first of all when we got there, there were several servers... around who did not even acknowledge us what so ever... one server even came up to the host stand and looked right at us and didnot even speak. Then when the hostess finally got up there she barely spoke, didn't even smile. She took us to our table and wesat down and the server just so happened to be the same girl that looked us dead in the face at the host stand and didn'tspeak... so... whatever, it's fine maybe she was just zoning out or something who knows... anyways... we order our food, I ordersome dipping sauce for the bread which we never got. .. I asked a second time for it, still didn't bring it... I asked for someextra croutons on the side for my soup, didn't get those either, mind you, this is a Tuesday night... there's like a total ofmaybe 7 or 8 tables in the restaurant so it wasn't because they were busy or something... I think our server just didn't care.When we asked for our check, she said she hadn't even rang it in yet... we were there for about 45 min. Like... why? How can youeven get your food made without having a ticket? I worked at that olive garden when it first opened up... it's gone way downhill since then. KB was our waitor and was amazing. He checked on us frequently and made our family outing even more enjoyable. He was also the... bartender during our visit, and still made sure we were doing well. Bonus points for making mom's drink so beautiful. The onlynegative for our stay was how rude management was when only tending to two tables on our side during the busy night. And theywere actively bad mouthing other employees within easy earshot of guest. Very unprofessional behavior. Unfortunately I cannotname him. Read more

Haven't eaten at this chain restaurant in ages. We were seated in the very back of the house with no other patrons around except... staff. The floor had trash on floor. Our server was pleasant. We ordered a beer and a long Island iced tea. The beer camewithout a glass and my husband had to fix his cocktail himself, to no avail, by asking for sour mix and more ice. The bartenderdidn't know how to make this cocktail properly. We sent it back. The salad was ok but had way too much dressing on it for myliking. The trio platter was ok. Fettuccine was the better of the three. The shrimp scampi was garlicky but very good. Theangel hair was cooked perfectly!???? This was the absolute worst Olive Garden I've ever been to. The server flat out lied to us and told us they didn't have any... cheese to put on our salad or entrees. The soup was water and not creamy like it is supposed to be. There was barely any sauceon the entrees, however this may be a good thing since I've had better sauce from a $2 jar from Walmart. Shells were partlyhard and partly raw, so obviously not cooked properly. The chicken was also obviously precooked as well. The menu is not evenhalf of what they used to serve, and the prices are considerably higher. The food we were served was the quality of a fast foodchain, and NOT worth the ridiculous price that they are charging for any of this.
