I am usually satisfied with my order. Whenever I have had an issue with order, they go above and beyond to make it right.
Didn't get order right, said they would send another pizza, I waited, never came, never called, when I did call back, they said... they did bring the second pizza, I never saw them, and said they called, doesn't show in my call log, and only offered me a"Discount", on the "Free" pizza I was supposed to get. The store doesn't put the customer first. I ordered my Food online and set the time for 5:45 pm. I called the store to verify... the time they said the food was in the oven I replied I set it for 545. They repeated wht was said via someone else. I asked fora refund. I won't go Back. Read more
Tried the Detroit Pizza for the first time. The service I received was excellent, the pizza was not. The crust was not lightly... brown and crispy. It was more white soft doughy like and the toppings did not cover the pizza properly. I known it was notsuppose to go completely to the edges but over 1" with empty edge is a lot. We received our order somewhat timely but the pizza lacked the usual neat presentation(slacking in toppings on the edge pizza as... most of the pizza was only two toppings). Also the Supreme had to be put back into the oven because the crust was doughy and notcompletely done. The wings were perfect! Read more
