Stopped there on a road trip 2 days before Thanksgiving. Arrived about 4:15 pm took almost 30 minutes to get a latte. There were... only 3 people working. One at Drive thru window, one waiting on customers and one making all the drinks! When I gave theemployee at front counter my name I spelled it for him and he type it wrong so when my latte was ready they called the wrongname. After a couple minutes I finally walked over and asked if it was mine. Definitely could have used another employee to makedrinks. I?ll think twice before I stop there again. Read more

Thank God for this Starbucks! I was in the area for a few days for a wedding. Our schedule was so chaotic, but this Starbucks... was my salvation! I ordered from them every day, sometimes twice a day, to keep myself moving through a very busy few days. Iordered ahead for myself and others, from basic to complex drinks and breakfast sandwiches. Never one had an issue or neededanything to be remade and it was always down pretty quickly. One morning they were SO busy, poor things, but you can tell theymove fast and work hard. Read more

I stopped coming to this Starbucks as frequently because it started to go downhill. I visited for the first time today in months... and unfortunately it?s only gotten worse. The employees have bad attitudes, service was extremely slow and the business isabsolutely filthy. A great place to go if you enjoy any of those factors. Waste of almost $14, coffees were handed to us with agreasy substance on the outside of both cups and were made poorly. Read more

I am a Starbucks-obsessed patron. However, I wish that this wasn?t the only Starbucks around, because it is extremely disgusting... and the wait is 10 minutes minimum every time. That is not an exaggeration. I have found myself going less and less because ofthese issues. I have had to ask for a new lid every time, as they are covered in sticky fingerprints, especially around themouth part. Many of the employees have sticky hands and dirty fingernails, touching money, then their faces and then makingdrinks, scratching their heads, touching money again. I?ve never worked in a place where there weren?t clear guidelines onhaving good hygiene when coming to work and then having good hygiene AT work. I?m a slight germaphobe, so maybe this affects memore. But still, this place is unsanitary without my opinion of it. The majority of the employees are extremely nice and I enjoychatting with them. That?s the only redeeming quality of this business. There are a few who call my husband and I ?Yankees?because we are from the north, which I find a little disrespectful (especially not knowing us personally). That aside, it?sreally the least of my concern. The drinks are never consistent and I am always paying a different price. I?ve never had theseissues so often at another Starbucks. I have had my drink made incorrectly at others a handful of times since I startedfrequenting the franchises in 2010. I just wish something would be done about this one, as it?s the only one nearby, other thanthe one at Target, which might be a better choice. I?ve never tried it. I have called this Starbucks and complained about thiskindly and was met with kindness in return and apologies and promises to change, but nothing has been better; it is only gettingworse. Read more

Although the staff is friendly, this starbucks is incredibly slow and dirty. 9 out of 10 times the cups come out of the drive... through with sticky messy handprints all over the lids and cups. The store inside is also not very clean and the floor issticky, counters are gross and it could use a deep routine cleaning. Read more

All the workers were nice (as usual) and the place was so clean! I know they're having problems with some broken machines.... Hoping they'll get those fixed soon. I know that can be frustrating with the workers cuz it's not their fault. But as always myfrap was delicious! Thank you!! This is my favorite Starbucks! Read more

Barista was super friendly and nice but the countertop was filthy and even the sign face was missing! I commented on the filthy... countertop and was told they had been super busy although no one was there ordering anything at the time. (It was so bad I wouldhave been embarrassed and jumped on it and started cleaning it while we were talking.) Then I mentioned the sign face and shesaid it had blown off in a storm and they had been reporting it but no one ever came to fix it. I asked her who they hadreported it to and she didn?t know - the manager was handling it. I thought to myself ?it sounds like they need a new manager.? Read more
