This place is horrible. My to go orders went as follows: Visit 1: forgot BBQ sauce for ribs and Cole slaw. Visit 2: Forgot... dressing for oriental chicken salad (ummmm, the best part) Visit 3 - TODAY: Forgot dressing for salad AND bread sticks. SHAMEON ME for not checking my bag before I leave. I trust them, get home , then have to call. The "highly invested in their job"managers, or whatever you choose to call them, could care less. I just ate a dry salad, and was offered 1/2 meal on a futurevisit, and Stepahine told me to turn around and drive 20 minutes back to store. Are you for real? Go ahead. Order. Its a rollof the dice. Horrible wish I would have read the reviews first food was overcooked. Fries were cooked to the point of being able to use them... as drumsticks to bang on the plate. Pregnant women please don't eat here! I'm 7months pregnant and I had went here ONLY because I had a voucher from a previous... encounter that was unpleasant and it wasn't worth it. The broccoli I had was brown with brown liquid in the bowl & had adisgusting smell. I also got a chicken fajita roll up & the roll up was empty. They also forgot my husband's wings. The mainreason why I said pregnant women DO NOT EAT HERE is because I have food poisoning. I am up rn at 6 in the morning with foodpoisoning & we are in pain! Please be careful. Read more

I ordered garlic mashed potatoes- very small portion, garlicky green beans- very small portion.. My family members ordered... shrimp meal- came out with no French fries and shrimp was cold... Fish and chips meal- cold fries and fish was cold and nothingbut breading and no fish. Horrible, expensive meal. We will never return. I hope they get that restaurant fixed as it'sterrible. There was only one couple on the restaurant when we arrived. Hostess and waitress were friendly. Waitress was quick to take our... drink order and our food order. Our order however took some time to come out. My husband got a quesadilla burger and liked it.My daughter had a burger with bacon, the bacon was overcooked/dark/hard, otherwise she liked the burger, but many of her frieswere overcooked/too hard to eat. I had fish and macncheese w/ bacon on top. Again, bacon topping was overcooked/greasy, and mybaddered fish was so hard and had grease dripping from the very dark coating that I ate one piece, left the other two pieces,and left with a stomach ache. Last time our service was amazing but all the food was covered and drenched in salt. We waited a few months before returning... and this time our service was the absolute worst. We only seen our waiter when he took our order and that was it. On our hourvisit, we had to chase down the manager to get service. The food was decent but the service was horrible for only 7/8 tablestaken in the whole restaurant!!! Read more
