I wanted a personal pan, they don't have those. I was going to order a small but asked how much for a medium it was only a... dollar something more so I got that. After ordering that I noticed a small sign that read I could have added 16 chicken wingsbites and a 2 liter for $4.99 more ..... Why didn't the guy tell me this I asked? He was the only one in there. He just said"Yea you could have added that." Then I notice the manager special is a large 5 topping for $10.99 and say "manager special isonly $11.00?" He proceeds to say it's $10.99 I had ordered a pizza with extra pepperoni. I tell him he is supposed to be upselling this stuff and he is not doing a very good job. The issues are few and far in between, overall amazing service and food! Shout out to Nicholas, Austin and the rest of the... great crew for promptly taking care of a slight issue I had with my most recent order! Update: For what it's worth the day manager met me when I came back the next day requesting a full refund and honored the... request with no questions asked. He apologized and said there were a number or horrible problems the night before with his staffthat should have never happened. I was impressed with his professionalism and fast handling of the situation. I've already giventhem another chance and was pleased. The manager is going places, he deserves a promotion. ------ Honestly there should be anegative star option. Beware if you order online, they WILL charge you even if they don't have any food in stock. Yes, they aresupposed to contact you if there's an issue but they didn't with me. So instead of jalapeño bacon bread, I got bread with nobacon and one single jalapeño. Instead of 2 garden salads there were two ceaser salads. The app had no problem taking the 25%tip I gave, trying to be understanding of working in the retail industry myself, or the $3 delivery charge but the person behindthe counter didn't do anything when I returned and explained the problem, only saying they were out. I don't want 20% off of mynext order either... I let it go last time you were short a salad and again didnt call me but still.charged me. BEWARE...YOU WILL NEVER GET EXTRA CHEESE on your pizza when you order it!!! I have endured countless DRY THIN CRUST in a row,and... I even called to tell them to make sure it had EXTRA cheese. It was a waste of time! Pizza is Always Dry,no moisture. We have toadd cheese on it and its still like a saltine cracker. This was once a 5 star Dominos,and you got what you paid for.
