Waited at the door for about 8 minutes before I was acknowledged, told to sit anywhere. This was at 12:10 on a Tuesday. I sat... down and she brought out chips and salsa and I asked for some mild sauce but did not receive it. She came back and took myorder. I ordered a chicken chimichanga, when it arrived another server sat it down and left. I ate the salad on top of thechimichanga and cut it open to find it was beef. Tried to get a waitress but could not get anyones attention. Had to get up andget my own water. Finally got someone to print my ticket and sat there waiting for someone to take it for about m10 minutes.Finally one of the busboys told me I had to take it up front to pay. First and last time!! The food was decent. The service was decent. What wasn't decent was bringing my grandson corn dog nuggets that clearly were... re-fried and burnt. That's all I can really say. Read more
For the second time I have went there and the food order by the cooks was messed up according to the waitress. I am patient but... when I spend over $75 for the food I expect better than what they want to give me verses what I ordered.. Read more
There are really only 5 sit down and eat restaurants in Rocky Mount. This is the better one for price and your food is always... what you expect it to be. Now for service, just like any restaurant these days there are many times we go in and there are onlytwo wait staff for the entire restaurant. You can tell they are hustling to get to everyone versus being callous and over it. Read more
First of all ...I had eaten at this place b4..it was good.. then when we went Thursday 07/28/22...my parents and boyfriend got... the fajitas lunch special...suppose to come with shrimp...which it wasn't on either plate..so we said something about it...THEYBROUGHT OUT RAW SHRIMP for them!!! told the waitress !!! and showed them...they shrugged and still had to pay full price forthere meal!!! it was awful!!! I had ask if they had gotten new cooks...again they shrugged there shoulders.. then after I paidfor the meals, one of the girls said they had been their about 2 weeks (cooks)...REALLY!!! Disappointed this trip. Staff seems overwhelmed. Waited a longer time than usual for our order to be taken. It did come promptly... to our table though. Had the braised tacos. Little too much fat. Seemed the cook didn't know what to do with it and left the fatin. Asked for the bill and never received it. We went up to pay at the cashier. One additional good thing was that the staff was very apologetic. Read more
At first they were a bit slow to refill drinks, but the food came out hot and delicious. The margarita I had was a good mix .... And it was fairly priced. Read more
Best Food Ever.. We got quite a large to go order and I couldn't have been happier. The food was fresh, hot and exactly as... delicious as it looks. We had never eaten here but was recommended by a friend so we did and I wished we had been before now???? WE will definitely return. Can't wait to visit and dine in ????????? Update: Finally got to dine in.. It was awesome foodwas the best. I had actually won a. $25 gift card and decided to spend my birthday there! Read more
