I wasn’t sure if I should right a review of my recent experience, but after having a similar experience as others with no... evidence of an attempt to make improvements by the owner I feel obligated. My work requires me to stay in hotels for 2-3 weeksat a time so I thought that it was great to have a BP conveniently located and because of this my plan was to give them themajority of my business. Unfortunately I have never had poorer service and the worst meal in memory. Upon arrival the waitressseemed disinterested and when I asked her about a specific item, she responded with “I have no idea”. I subsequently orderedthe BP version of a beef dip and when it arrived it was obviously over cooked, but not a biggie! What was a biggie was the factthat the meat was so tough I couldn’t chew it and gave up halfway through my meal. Furthermore the waitress never followed upwith me after delivering the meal, so I had to leave my table to track one down. When I pointed out that I couldn’t finish mymeal, there was no response from the waitress, so I asked to speak to the manager who although agreed to take the meal off thebill, she was defensive to the point of being confrontational with no apology for my experience. Definitely the worst Boston Pizza I’ve ever been to. Food was OK but that was after waiting over and hour with 4 hungry kids... before the starters even came, let alone our actual meals. We got no cutlery with our starters either and was constantly chasingwaitstaff. Overall a very poor experience and not what I have come to expect from Boston Pizza at other locations. A real letdown and I will not return here. Read more

Easily the worst Boston Pizza's restaurant I've ever been to. Restaurant was at maximum 50% capacity and we still waited 70... minutes for just our starters. Service from our waitress was very infrequent we even got our own cutlery from other unoccupiedtables. The floor in the restaurant was extremely dirty. We weren't the only patrons with complaints either and the staff wereconstantly apologizing and thanking people for their patience. To be fair, the food was decent when we finally got it. Iwouldn't recommend this place to friends or family, I will never enter this specific Boston Pizza again. Read more

Never have been a big fan of BP's but this time, being a battle of Alberta, the atmosphere was good. The service was above... average and lots of TV's to choose from for watching the game. I think everyone at our table was satisfied with their foodorders. Read more

Tropical chicken pizza is the best. The Haiwaiian pizza is a bit sweeter than I expected. The meat ball spaghetti ???? was huge,... so beware when you order, you can feed 4 people with that one plate. I always like the yam fries and honey chicken wings heretoo. Read more

I can't comment much, apart from they were under-staffed when we visited. They greeted our party right away, took our drink... orders quickly and in a friendly manner. Then the server never came back to the table. We waited 25 minutes and left withoutever seeing our server again. So not a great first impression. The restaurant was not overly busy either. Read more

I usually would give this boston pizza a 5. While dining in great bar Staff always greet you with a smile. I got an order for... pick up and I received the wrong pasta, no meat balls and very little sauce. I called in and was given a small voucher. Not sureit was substantial enough. I think I should have been reimbursed the full amount. Read more
