It took 55 minutes to get through the drive thru and the lineup wasn't even out onto the street. After 55 minutes, they still... couldn't get the order right. I have yet to go through this drive thru in less than 30 minutes, even when it's not busy. SlowestMcDonald's I've ever been to. Read more

Busy location for the time, the drive thru moved slowly, and the parking lot was taken over by the drive thru line, so no way... to park when it's busy. The food was as ordered and expected for a fast food chain, but not sure if there were staffing issuesor why the drive thru moved so slowly it was a 20 minute wait, while driving by town on the way home. I just left Rock Mountain House McDonald?s drive through. The girl did not secure the lid on my husbands hot coffee, it spilled... all over him when he went to take it from her. It was on his arm, hand, and lap. Also on the steering wheel and seat. The girldid not apologize or offer napkins. We had to ask for napkins and refill of coffee. When I ask for an apology she gave a dirtylook and closed the window. His hand and arm are red we were lucky he wasn?t burned! Read more
