Since covid they have went down to one till, no matter how busy they get! Don't be surprised if there's a lineup out the door... and it takes a half hour to get your coffee. This is the sowest service for a Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Read more

I don't... believe Tim Hortons should be forcing children to get a vaccine to come to camp. Ive updated the stars on this review because i really appreciate the way the manager handled my complaint and provided... compensation, however I'm not removing it because i still thi j the problems that occured need to be addressed. Oh mygosh...SLOWEST TIM HORTONS EVER!!!! we have been waiting for 30 minutes now.....30 minutes for a sandwich....1 SANDWICH andsomehowthere is NO cheese on my Ham and Cheddar sandwich!!!!! Are you freaking kidding me?!?!?!?! there are 5 people workinghere right now....1 has just been standing and stirring chili while staring into space intermixed with slowly complaining aboutthe other employees for at least 5 minutes now, she told anither employee, the only nice one and the fastest by the way, tohurry up....maybe dont stand there stirring the dang chili!!!!. The person who was making my sandwich was reading out how toassemble it, so how do you miss the cheddar on a ham and cheddar sandwich when you're reading out what goes on it. This isRIDICULOUS!!!! I'm leaving a review based off the painful experience I just had at this location. Waited for close to a half hour for the wrong... order. The person who hired and gave the O.K. to set the lady up running the front till should be re-evaluated. She tried herbest but it was shotty at best. I had to repeat my order 3 times and I still got a wrong order. Another staff member had to pickup a couple of her mistakes but in the end I still left with something I didn't order. Reading the other reviews on here showsa very similar experience. I think I will avoid this Tim Hortons in the future or at least until some changes are made. Read more

Quite possibly the slowest Tim?s I?ve ever been in. 25 mins from door to till with 3 people in front of us. Multiple staff... running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Some staff put in the effort to pick up others' slack which is evident.From the lady behind the till who couldn?t hear half the people's orders to placing wrong orders and other staff memberssweeping garbage and touching with bare hands to answering drive-through headsets then touching donuts without a single wash ofthe hands. The management here should applaud the good staff and retrain the others. It shouldn?t be hard to spot if we didnotice in the 30-minute visit Read more
