I have continually had problems with a sour taste in the coffee. It is a complete waste of money. I am not sure if it is a... matter of not cleaning out the coffee pots correctly. I visited this Dunkin frequently due to the location but after so much disappointment I can no longer give them my money. In two... years, I have never seen an owner, manager or any employee over the age of 21/22. Some of the youths working here are kind,others are extremely rude. To make matters worse, teenagers hang around in the afternoon and harass customers. No one in theestablishment does anything about it. I believe because they're young and don't know how to properly deal with the harassment.Additionally, they are often sold out of items with no explanation why. My message to management would be, get it together. Showup and train your staff better. Hire a manager that can be present at least 6 hours a day. If you can't do the bare minimum,then you shouldn't own a business. Read more
Today 10/17 at 6:23am i orderd a coffee med. Vanilla latte hot and 2 everything bagel mini bites i get to work and my mini bite... bagels are cold like rock solid the whipped cream isnt even cooked this happend to me twice i came here, normally i don't givebad reviews i tried calling they dont pick up so here is your review instead.
