Reviews for McDonald's in Rocky Point, NY
I originally had this location rated as the #1 McDonald's on Long Island 6 months ago. Since that time, i have taken them way... out of that league. The only good time to go to this location is mornings-lunch time. This location is a disaster at dinnertime. Most of the staff, other than the two male managers, are absolutely clueless and rude and recently one staff cursed at mein front of other customers and staff. The manager did confront that staff immediately but im in total shock at thisestablishment. The only reason I have it at 3 stars is fhe lunch time is always nice and flawless. Read more

Food was fresh and hot. The manager was talking so loudly to the other employees the entire time. And while most of the topics... were benign (mostly who is closing each night this week) he used some "curse words" my 8 year old did not need to hear. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. Some staff are completely unprofessional and the food is for the most part cold and or... completely gross. I strongly don?t recommend, at this point anything else would be better even trash. Read more
Use to be good. Last 2 months old fries and old nuggets. The burgers are drenched in ketchup. All around gross. Edit: tried it... again and the nuggets are still old. Might be the same ones from last year. Read more
If you want to wait over a half hour in line to get the wrong order then come on down. Every single time ive gone there was a... massive wait (for just a double cheeseburger bundle mind you). Save your time...drive up the road to miller place. At leastthose workers care more about getting you your food then chatting between each other. Read more
