I recently bought a pie and a meatball parmesan hero, the pizza was under cooked and that hear was terrible, the sauce Tastes... like Ragu, when I was a kid I would NEVER NEVER eat Raqu and besides the food, the guys behind the counter have a terribleattitude, NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN, I just moved to Middle island, bye, bye, bye!!! Very nice place to grab a slice or a whole pie...place is very clean, well maintained and the staff is very friendly. Never have... to wait too long to pick food up as they stick to their times given. The food is always hot and fresh...a classic new york pizzaplace with better than good food. Read more

I really hate to give a negative review because I understand how it can negatively affect a business. There must be new owners... at this place. The pizza used to be good but recently it?s pretty bad. I had ordered a few weeks ago and my order was wrong. Thefood was also cold. I called and spoke with a gentleman Lorenzo. He was very nice and offered to refund my entire order. Ideclined because that?s not what I was looking for. I just wanted to give him a heads up. I gave them another chance tonight.Pinwheels were raw in side. The dough was not cooked at all. The pizza was under cooked and tasted like they started usingcheaper ingredients. I believe they used to use ?Grande? cheese which is quality stuff. This cheese? not so much. Also the saucewasn?t great and the cheese was a good 2 inches from the crust. I support local businesses but this place has gone down thetubes. Good food. Pizza has perfectly crispy crust. Tho some of the staff could use some lessons in general etiquette. The bathroom is... less the desirable. I was surprised that after 15$ on 3 slices and knots they still charge $1 for a small side of sauce whichwas a mediocre purée. The many nail technicians from next door lounging on their out door eating area doesn?t enhance the LIstrip mall esthetic. In spite of all that, when we are here we will return for their food.
