Rarely here on a Saturday morning. This Saturday morning being the start of the Labor Day weekend, the Rocky Point Starbucks was... hopping. No disrespect intended towards other reviews. This location is fairly new. I would agree in the parking situation, but that is... not the fault of the inside staff. I had the experience of maybe, I want to say an immature young lady one day and maybe onceit took a long time on the line. But overall my experience has been wonderful. I had the pleasure of being helped on twoseparate occasions by a young man by the name of Shane. Well let me tell you....If you are unsure of a Starbucks item, he isall too happy to help you. He not only greets you with the most amazing welcome but he is extremely knowledgeable and hasoutstanding customer service skills. I cannot say enough good things about the staff that truly make this place run like a well oiled machine (and with a smile). In... particular a barista named Rhiannon who just exuded positivity and kindness when I grabbed lunch here the other day. Thesepeople are the real heroes. Best Starbucks on the island. Read more
