I ordered a sandwich for pick up and they just threw it insided a brown paper bag without wrapping it. Sandwich broke apart... inside the bag. Couldn't even eat it cuz it literally looked like a thrown out garbage. Never returning here again. Read more
The employee was very nice, but the food wasn't. I went in excited to put lettuce and cucumbers on my roast beef sandwich and... left with none of the above. The lettuce and cucumbers were both brown as if they'd been out for days and they were out of roastbeef. Definitely not going to this location again. Read more
I placed an online order so I can pick it up quick to go back to work on my break , n personally left a note saying please not... give me a load of sauce n toast the bread , whoever made the sandwich completely disregarded my note n did what they wanted ,sad I will not be returning here , it was a mess . I don?t eat at subway too often but when I have in the past, I enjoyed it. However, my boyfriend and I got two sandwiches today... ($24) and mine was really gross honestly. There was no cheese on it which I asked for and it wasn?t even close to warm despiteme asking for it to be toasted. The sandwich also looked completely smashed together and it was a mess and the bacon I had on itdidn?t even seem cooked. Really? You charged for extra dressing? Sad. Ive been here many many times since its on my way home...get the same exact thing... cause its what i like. Price never changed...people were always nice but today some girl got damn rude cause i asked for xtradressing. Which i always do im all about the dressings it gives it flavor nobody ever charged me extra till today ...listen ifyou dont like what you do get a new job. Its dressing. Went to this subway for the first time and I was extremely impressed. This subway is a bit more up to date than most and the... young lady that worked there was very personable and nice. The food was pretty good as most subways are. However, what put thisparticular subway over the edge was the customer service and her attention to detail when making the sandwich. Read more
