Tried to get dinner tonight. After sitting in the drive-thru tonight behind 3 other vehicles for 30 minutes and noone moved, I... tried calling the store. It rang busy non stop. We went to order at 7:55 and we only asked for three items, the cashier said it would be four to seven minutes yet we waited for... 22 minutes. Next time you come here ask first if they are under staffed and if they have the product already prepared. Read more
Called to place a special order. Young lady answered, asked me to hold and sat the phone down. I could hear everything going on... in store. She waited on numerous customers while I was waiting. I waited for 20 minutes, got tired of waiting hung up anddecided to go somewhere else. This store is notorious for answering phone asking you to hold and leaving you hanging.
