Tried to get dinner tonight. After sitting in the drive-thru tonight behind 3 other vehicles for 30 minutes and noone moved, I... tried calling the store. It rang busy non stop. An hour it is still busy. My only assumption is that they took the phone off thehook. Needless to say they lost at least 3 cars tonight. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. We went to order at 7:55 and we only asked for three items, the cashier said it would be four to seven minutes yet we waited for... 22 minutes. Next time you come here ask first if they are under staffed and if they have the product already prepared. Read more
Called to place a special order. Young lady answered, asked me to hold and sat the phone down. I could hear everything going on... in store. She waited on numerous customers while I was waiting. I waited for 20 minutes, got tired of waiting hung up anddecided to go somewhere else. This store is notorious for answering phone asking you to hold and leaving you hanging. They dothis so when someone calls in you get a busy signal. Very very poor service. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Read more
Rocky Point NC Ordered a pizza with tons of vegetable toppings. I choose the "well done" option. And it did have nice toppings.... But I got a text that said its in the oven....4 minutes later a text said come get it?? It was the opposite of welldone...gooey.!! Back to Dominoes. Read more
Not only did we not get a call out order wasn't being cooked because they didn't have items for my pizza but when we got there... found out that although you can order root beer it is not sold in their store. BUT, I found a strand of hair in my cheesy breadand again in my pizza. Not coincidental. And no we were really super nice about not being called or even having to wait forpizza to cook after we told them pizza was fine without the items. But now it makes me furious that they INTENTIONALLY put hairin all our food! And we were nice. God knows what they would do to rude people. DO NOT eat here! Ever!! Read more
I've been to this location several times and it's always a good experience. The staff are polite and friendly. Last time I went... there was some glitch and my order never went through to their system even though I got the confirmation. The lady at the windowapologized, made my order on the spot & gave me my pizza free of charge for the inconvenience. It's nice to have a business careabout customer satisfaction. Read more
On the app ordered well done ,when I opened the box this is what I got . Burnt This place can be hit or miss, depending on... who is working as of now it's a miss ...I never have gotten a pizza this bad before from there .
