The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald?s anywhere. The store and bathrooms were dirty but that?s the least... of the problem. We ordered food at 3:19PM, after waiting 20 minutes I had to ask the manager what seemed to be the issue as wewere standing there, customers were coming and going and our food still was not done. The manager finally got involved and weended up getting our food at 3:55, 36 minutes after ordering. He said that he believed the order was done and thats why it tookso long, so the staff will see people in the store waiting just to be standing there? The staff wasn?t at all helpful or seemedto care about our time being wasted. This is the last time I go to this McDonald?s or any that is owned by the Chapman familyin North Carolina. Please retrain the staff to make the customer experience the priority. Read more

This is one of the more upscale Mickey D's in comparison. The staff in this restaurant is what makes it shine brighter than the... rest. Always fast, made to order, polite, clean service with a smiling face. Read more

Manager is having a meeting in the eating area in the back and chewing out 2 employees where everyone can hear. I'm trying to... enjoy my food and don't want to hear that while I'm eating be more professional and do it privately in another room and notbelittle your employees in front of customers. Read more

If I could give a negative star, I would. Sat in line for 10 minutes. Would have left, but was blocked in. Finally ordered.... Pulled up to window and paid. Girl at window asked if I could pull forward. They were waiting on fries. Sure. No problem. Pulled forward and waited. And waited. Realized that the guy behind me hasn't left the window in 5 minutes. So, I pulledaround to park. I wasn't alone. There were about 10 other cars parked in the driveway and curbside pickup. So, I walkedinside. There were about 20 people standing around wondering why we have all been there for more than 20 minutes. Waiting onfries? No. There were plenty. We were all lied to. About 5 minutes later, staff were so lost in the confusion that theycaused that they were calling out what were in the bags and see if anyone would claim them. I have never seen such a disaster. When I got my order, no remorse, no 'sorry about that. Just here's your food. I've had bad service before, but never somethingas bad as this. Read more

The worst McDonald's one can possibly visit - the restroom and counter are very gross. Waited for 30min for two orders of ice... coffee and ended up getting the wrong order - and we were not only the only group that got treated like this. Apparently nostaff can take mobile orders properly, neither did they feel sorry for the wait. There are much better McDonald's or other fastfood joints out there. Avoid this one!!! Read more

I do not make a point of doing bad reviews but this is a special case. We are living in a time where money is tight and things... are uncertain for everyone, even for chain companies like McDonalds. I asked for a large coffee and a hash brown, I then askedfor 8 sugars and 4 creams, and then I heard her say ?whatever?. When I got to the window for the first young lady to take mypayment I asked for the manager and she told me the manager would be at the second window. Long story short, the manager wasthe one that took my order and is the cause of this review. I am aware that many may see this as petty but GOOD Customer Serviceis still a thing! This is to the chain McDonalds pleased start having in-person diversity, customer service, and self-caretrainings for all your staff or else your profits and stores will suffer. Not 100 percent. I placed a pick up order which errored out die to no burritos. I went in and had to reorder and wait. Food... was good but they did not give us any syrup for our hotcakes. Read more

The staff was friendly, competent, and followed health and hygiene protocols. The food was prepared carefully. This McDonald?s... had the best fries (crispy and hot) of any McDonald?s I?ve been to in the last several years. Plus, they had a working shakemachine? something that?s been increasingly hard to find where I live. Read more
