Went through drive through ordered a double whopper combo meal large.They said they didn't have it but could make it.Also... ordered a large shake. They need to just close this store down. The staff is very rude! I waited in line 5 min, no one answer the intercom, I had to... pull to the window and order. Manager said she only has 1 employee working, Why was he outside smoking when you have a line ofcustomers around the building?! than manager was on her phone, not getting my order ready. than messed up my order! how do youforget to put French fry's in the bag!! don't give them your money! last time food was hard as a rock. No stars. They should just close this one down. I ve tried going to this one a couple of times now since its the only one close... and the staff is rude. They are always out of something. So i was out shopping in the area and decided to pick up some burgers for my son my dad and myself. I was interested in trying... the new sourdough king. Burger bacon cheese toasted sourdough bread how can you go wrong. Here let me tell you. After having torepeat myself several times at the drive thru speaker.... i get home to see the bread was for a lack of better terms Inside out.Wth sorry but you had one job, there were no special requests being made for these burgers. They were all made incorrectly. Thetoasted side goes on the outside. It basically looked like the burger was slapped on two pieces of white bread. It was notrealized till I got home, and because I wake daily at 5am I figured I'd just call and speak to the manager then. We did end upeating the burgers I tried to toast at least the side that didnt have mayo on it and my son removed the bread completely. When ispoke to Sarah the next morning she was less than pleasant. She kinda growled at me like well did you eat the sandwich? I'm likeuh yah that was our dinner. Well then I dont know what you expect me to do about it. Her first explanation was is that it wasbusy. Um no there was 1 car that ordered ahead of me. Nice try then she went on to say it was just a mistake. 1 sandwich isconsidered a mistake 4 is intentionally making it wrong or not being supervised on how to make it correctly. I felt she did nothandle the situation appropriately and I'm hoping to hear back from a district manager. I really wont be returning to thislocation anytime in the future. And along with the bread wrong side up the sandwiches were lukewarm (as if they had been sittingon the warmer) and there was inconsistent amts of bacon on each sandwich. When they're staffed, the food is fine, but they're still rude! It's even worse when they don't have people, I always have... missing items or old, not fresh food. I went to eat in at this burger king recently and tried to tip an employee, I asked her ifthey were allowed to take tips and she said yes. I go to have a seat and i then hear a ruckus break out in the kitchen, thestaff were fighting over a tip! Then the manager could be heard yelling over them to break it apart, and said that "the surveyis their way to get promoted", not by taking tips. I'm honestly disgusted that they let these people work in a business built oncustomer service, the fact I was lied to to my face even when I was nice enough to give a tip. Tonight I tried to drive thru fora slushy at 8:35 PM, the sign was off and they were closed! It says "open until 11 PM". Not eating here again! Read more
