I enjoyed five guys, but customer service made me feel unwelcome. I forgot how it went, and the server offered no help. The... burger was really juicy, and the fries were really good. Without Mayo, my burger had little to no flavor. Lastly I would say Ithink it?s overly priced. To get burger and fries shouldn?t cost the same as a decent restaurant unless it?s really good. I will never go to this 5 guys again. I was standing in line waiting to order food and witnessed an employee wrestling with... opening a bag of milkshake mix. The employee proceeded to put the corner of the bag into his mouth and bite the plastic packageto open it. Then dumped the milkshake mix into the machine through the same hole that was bit into the bag. No doubt saliva wentinto that machine. Not cool 5 guys. Read more

Five Guys is great burger fast food joint. I love to snack on the peanuts while I wait from my order. On my recent visit, I... tried their bacon cheeseburger with a small fries. It was a really delicious burger, and I love the extra fries that they tossin the bag. Putting the malt vinegar on the fries makes them so tasty too! Looking forward to a return visit. Read more
I am actually writing this review due to the way one of your employees spoke to meI am an Uber Eats driver and I pick up... deliveries at this Five Guys location all the timeSo tonight when I went in to pick up my delivery when I walked up to thecounter I was actually ignored by two of the employees that were behind the counter working the manager she was busy cooking butthese two employees knew I was waiting there looked at me but didn't even ask me anything about what I was there for the name onmy order or if I've been helped the restaurant was dead there was two other people waiting besides meSo I waited at the counterpatiently Once I made the observation that my pickup order was not readyBecause I can see that the the ticket wat on the preptable , I went to the area where you order and asked very politely " hey guys do you know how long before my order is ready" ,your employee then answered me " well how long you been waiting?".
